Landscape Concept and Management Plans were created for the proposed subdivision at Riverhead. With the subject site fringing existing residential / rural development and bounded by Rangitopuni Creek, the proposal called for carefully considered restoration planting as well as detailed streetscape design.
Landscape plans were prepared providing for environmental revegetation, weed management and rehabilitation of the esplanade reserves and Stormwater Utility Areas and for enhancement of streetscape, whilst utilising CPTEP principles.
