Landscape Concept Plans and a Landscape Management Plan were produced for the rural residential subdivision at Black Swamp Road. Dream Planning focused on the enhancement of existing wetland areas and the provision for amenity enhancement planting. The overall design sought to assist with privacy and protection, provide for ecological enhancement and the creation of an attractive landscape and living environment, utilising the environmental benefit provision of the District Plan.
